First Bimester Hours:24
UnoA1 is a sports programme centre that trains your body to obtain the perfect physical condition and resistance, being able to perform activities that you do in daily life without any problem.
UnoA1 encourages the students to give out their maximum strength to achieve the goal set. It has 3 different levels (circuits), which are: 1. Weight reduction and body measurements, 2. Maximum toning and 3. Muscle strength. I am planning that for the end of the year I am in maximum toning.

Second Bimester Hours:24
During the second bimester I continued attending the UnoA1 training sessions. Most of the time, the classes consisted of 3-5 students and at least 2 trainers, sometimes if there were no students for the maximum toning and the muscle strength which is level 2 and level 3, there were 4 trainers for the level 1 which is weight reduction and body measurements, where I am. When this was the case, the classes where much more intensive and demanding than ever as there was a trainer for each student and the trainer would not leave the student’s side. Furthermore, the trainer would start encouraging the student to keep performing the exercise if he saw that the student was going to stop and say that he or she wanted to take a rest. The rule for UnoA1 is that the class can only rest and drink water when 30 minutes of the class have passed and this can only last 1 minute.
In my case I consider that I have improved in the aspect above (resistance) because at first I only lasted 10-15 minutes without water but now in this second bimester I am able to last until minute 25 and sometimes until midway through the class (when the trainer lets us drink water).
In the photo of the right you can see that the class is being transformed to a more personal one, as there are 3 students and 3 coaches. My coach Alvaro is carefully observing the exercise I am performing, as he must make sure that my elbows are not moving and not touching my body while I am moving the weight up and down. Moreover you can also notice in the background of the picture another coach encouraging a student not to stop and continue with the exercise.
I believe that this activity is helping my physical stamina and determination to obtain the weight my body requires for my age and my height.

July Break Hours:20
In July we have our holiday break which last for 3 weeks, for which I set the goal of completing two full weeks of twice a day training, one at 9am and then at 9pm. For the morning sessions my training focused more on the cardio side and the evening I focused more on resistance training.
The outcome of this more intensive than normal training was that I reduced fat levels from 28.9% to 26.6%. This was a huge achievement for me, as it will help to regulate my metabolism. Another achievement that I am proud of is that I reduced 1 dress size. With this intensive training I felt stronger and in each class I found that I had more stamina. I also felt much more energized after these two weeks.
In the evening sessions I continued training with my coaches Alvaro and sometimes with Michael too. These two coaches are considered demanding and they usually stay next to the student when they need to complete a difficult task. In my case when the task is to do push ups Alvaro or Michael stay beside me making sure that I am doing the exercise properly and without rest so I can complete the task and make sure I don’t keep the group behind in terms of time, as every time a student doesn’t do a task properly the coach in a “friendly” way suggests that time will be added to the task “thanks” to the student’s delay. Therefore, all the students try to not stop at all and if it is a personalized class one has to be metalized to work hard.
Furthermore, in these two weeks I have attended twice to the nutritionist of the UnoA1 gym. The nutritionist has guided me and the trainers on which weights I can use in order to shape the body that I want without building too much arm or leg muscles.

Third Bimester Hours:24
In the third bimester I maintained my goal of reducing body measurements, therefore I continued attending the classes and with more perseverance. My schedule changed after the July break as I had to go to school again, that is why I started exercising from 9pm to 10pm from Monday to Friday and from 9-10am on Saturdays. I wanted to reduce my body measurements but not increase my muscle weight so I continued with the programme of weights from 1 kilo to 4 kilos when I worked-out my arms, but when I was working out my legs I used weights of 5-10 kilos.
The outcome of my training was that my level of fitness, physical movement and energy increased significantly. This was seen through my daily life as I wasn’t feeling tired anymore.

Summer Vacations (2016-2017): 42
In the summer I achieved my goal of passing from “Weight reduction and body measurements” to “Maximum Toning”. I was very proud of myself, as I really wanted to pass to the next level.
In the first class my trainer started focusing on legs and by the time the class ended I could barely feel them, I was completely exhausted. I could feel a change of strength between these two levels. During the next classes my body got used to the strength and weight I was using, so it stopped hurting.
I went to class every day of the week from 5-6 pm and again I could feel as the first time that my physical movement and energy increased significantly.

First Bimester 2017:28
During the First bimester I started to attend my activity from the 20th of March, I didn’t go for 2 weeks due to medical reasons. On my first day back my body wasn’t able to pick up a weight as I was now in the 2nd level of “Maximum Toning” and not longer in the “Weight reduction and body measurements”. There was a strong impact change as now I had to take a break and then start training instead; during vacation I was training in the 1st level and then had to change to the 2nd, so when the class finished my body was hurting. As the weeks passed my body got used to the weights and strength I needed for the class, however it took longer this time.

Second Bimester 2017:28
During the second bimester I continued in the “Maximum Toning” level. Even though I was strong enough to increase on to a bigger weight in terms of leg work, the first 2 weeks of this decision my whole body in general was in pain, but then it got used to it and I could continue training normally. After this change no more variations in my routine were done. I have continued this activity daily to maintain a healthy life style.
